Crest Natural Resources, LLC (CNR) is currently seeking to expand its land holdings.  We have a diverse portfolio of land types which include upland pine plantations, quality row crop properties as well as pasture lands.  It is our preference to acquire properties that are in close proximity to our existing land base that is currently under management. However, all property types may be considered.

Our Acquisition Team is experienced and knowlegeable in all types and sizes of real estate transactions, including the ability to participate in 1031 exchanges as well as large cash purchases. We are also experienced in purchasing timberland companies. We pride ourselves with the ability to cooperate with REITS and TIMOS and other large landowners that may need flexible terms such as timed closings.
