We have a diverse portfolio of land types which include upland pine plantations, quality row crop properties as well as pasture lands.  It is our preference to acquire properties that are in close proximity to our existing land base that is currently under management. However, all property types may be considered.
Through our timberland acquisition program, CNR has acquired various mineral holdings throughout Louisiana and East Texas. With our extensive experience in timberland management, we are also equally involved in managing our mineral resources. We support exploration activity and development on over 90,000 surface acres (approximately 54,000 mineral acres).  CNR seeks experienced, reliable operators to explore our mineral resources.  We have entered into numerous Oil, Gas and Mineral Leases on acreage ranging in various sizes.For inquiries and proposals on all available minerals, please contact David.Grassi@crestoperations.com.
CNR offers leases for hunting and recreational purposes. Our leases run from July 1st through June 30th.  ALL current tracts available for leasing can be found here.   Please note that due to high demand, all leases are on a first come, first serve bases.
